2. Booking & Appointments

• Appointments are confirmed only after contacting us through WhatsApp or call.

• Therapist availability depends on location, time, and schedule.

• Arrival time (30–45 minutes) may vary due to traffic or distance.

3. Client Responsibilities

By booking our service, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate address and contact details.

• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for the therapist.

• Not request or initiate any inappropriate, illegal, or unprofessional behavior.

• Not record, photograph, or misuse the therapist’s identity.

Any misconduct may result in instant cancellation without refund.

4. Therapist Conduct

• All therapists are trained professionals.

• They follow proper code of conduct, hygiene, and privacy policies.

• Therapists have the right to leave immediately if they feel unsafe, disrespected, or uncomfortable.

5. Payments

• Prices may vary based on service, time, and location.

• Full payment must be made at the time of service.

• Any additional requests (add-ons, extended time, etc.) may be charged separately.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellation must be done before the therapist dispatch.

• Once a therapist is on the way, cancellation charges may apply.

• No refunds will be provided after service completion.

• If a client engages in misconduct, the service will be cancelled immediately with no refund.
